Since I put together a well thought out post. Maybe it's because school is back. Maybe it's because the cruise night season is wrapping up. Maybe it is GTA5. Either way, give me some ideas, ask me questions, inspire me, get my wheels turning...

There's already been a slew of GTA5 posts so I'll just reply here.

So far, it really draws you in. I played GTA4 on PC (and modded it) so I'm still getting used to using a controller (PS3) and the new physics. Some things seem more real, like the way damage and speed affects the car's handling, but some things seem too easy, like braking and recovering from losing control.Runs very smooth on PS3, always seemed like I had to compromise visuals for a decent framerate on PC. And it's not like I have a crappy laptop. It's still a bit early in the game, but so far it seems like GTA4 offered more side activities (bowling, darts, drinking etc) right off the bat. It would be interesting if the drinking and pot lasted longer in GTA5. You sober up way too fast. There seems to be less police presence as well, so it is a bit easy to get away with stealing cars and knocking people out. I love going off roading in the hills. And I love that GTA5 doesn't make you wait to unlock new parts of the map like they did in previous games. So all around, it is a great game.
